Caska Software Update

Attempting a firmware update without the correct preparation can "brick" your unit—rendering it permanently unresponsive. Before downloading any files, gather the following essentials:

Turn on the engine. Most Caska systems automatically detect the update files and prompt you with an "Update Firmware?" dialogue box. Select Yes or OK . caska software update

Firmware bundles often include updated GPS tracking configurations and newer base maps for more accurate navigation. Select Yes or OK

Download the updated map files from your authorized navigation provider.

Never download firmware files from unverified third-party forums, as mismatched MCU (Microcontroller Unit) files will destroy your motherboard.
