A Pokémon randomizer is a tool or software that shuffles the Pokémon that can be encountered, caught, or battled in the game, making their appearance unpredictable and randomized. This means that the Pokémon you encounter in the wild, receive as gifts, or battle against will be different from the original game. The randomizer essentially reworks the game's data to create a new, unique experience.
You are not downloading a pre-randomized ROM (those are often unstable). Instead, you download a tool called the . This is a Java-based application that modifies your ROM. If you are using a mobile device (iPhone/iPad), you will need AltStore or SideStore to install a DS emulator like Delta. Then, use the "Files" app to store your newly randomized .nds file.
