If the MP Tool does not detect your chipYC2019 drive, the tool may not have identified the USB device. Go to Setting – Flash Setting – Flash Type and manually select the appropriate flash ID or a compatible option such as 89D3AC32C204 or 89D3AC32C600. If you encounter LockPort Fail errors and cannot lock the device, open Mass Production Settings, find Bin Setting, deselect the Fixed Capacity option, save, and then retry mass production.
